Rick has been showing us properties for about a year and continuously sent us properties that met our requirement via email. While in Washing State this last summer a property came to us via email and we called Rick and asked him to check the availability oof this property. The very next day we received an email response with not only a response that “yes the property was still for sale”, but he went the extra steps and went to the property and took many detailed photos. To make a long story short, an offer was submitted to B of A on a short sale and after numerous delays by B of A and numerous extension of the forclosure auction, Rick was able to hook us up with a gentlemen that handles these kinds of auctions and on 10/5/2012, we won the bid and became the proud owners of this property for considerably less than B of A wanted. Rick even was going to go even further and draw the funds out of his private bank account when it looked like our bank was going to have problems meeting the wiring deadline. Rick Nichols is a truly dedicated agent and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home or wanting to sell a home.
Rick always goes the extra mile for his clients. I wouldn’t have gotten my house without his diligent attention and willingness to stay on top of it, work long and hard, and his attention to detail. He handles many clients simultaneously all across Phoenix and acts as though you are his most important client. Rick has assisted me as a buyer and as a seller and he knows how to get the job done very professionally. Rick is honest, ethical, and intelligent. He works until he finishes the job, no matter what it takes.
